Minutes from 1/15/18 meeting read

Motion was made to approve minutes as read by Jeff Autry

Second by Josh McLamb and approved unanimously.

• Report of the Chief
  • Radio Traffic Changes
    • Chief truck will now be known as QRV 17 for all non-command drivers.
    • 1701 and 1702 will be added to dispatch as responding command vehicles.
      • Motion made by Josh McLamb

  • Fire Reports
    • 2018 is current and completed.
    • Officers were given 2017 calls to complete.
  • Air packs were tested and passed
  • Jason has gotten 1751 and 1763 serviced.
    • Trucks that are still needing servicing are 1794, 1788, and the hydraulic system on 1754 (Josh is working on this)
  • AFG update
    • Submitted 1/26!
  • Bay Door was repaired
  • Light Bill
    • Double check thermostats
    • Make sure they are on program mode (set to 62)
    • When you leave, make sure lights are off in the bay
  • Billy set up a new tower in the radio room for reports
  • Active 911
    • 1701 & Sam brought a 33” and set it up in the bay
    • Stick PC was purchased via Amazon
  • Association Dinner was held at 1500 on 1/23
  • 1702, thank you to Josh for cleaning up the parking lot - it set a great example. If you see something that needs to be done, please do it or take steps to get it done.
  • 1752 to be sold to the highest bidder.
    • Current offer for $1,500
      • Motion made by Josh McLamb second by Bradley Knowles to sell 1752 for $1,500.

    • Final list needs to be approved so application can be submitted.

    • Order ~20 pizzas (15 pepperoni, 5 cheese)
    • Chris Norris will pick up the pizzas no later than 630 p.m.
    • Water only, sodas are available in the bay
